Rebecca von Matérn is a self-taught artist based in Stockholm. She creates her art in the same studio where her grandfather once created his, lending a sense of heritage to her creative process. In addition to her painting Rebecca builds her own frames. 

Rebecca's work is characterized by an expression that’s both poetic and powerful reflecting the emotions and inspirations that drive her, drawing inspiration from the world around her.
